Polls and weekly updates

So, the poll on the blog ended with 'update weekly at the forum and main updates here' as the winner. Meanwhile, I did my fourth weekly update yesterday. You can read the updates here.
Though nothing major is done yet, I'm posting this to inform you to vote on a few polls:
Which party member has to be revealed?
Should party members have their facesets showing even before they join the party?
Which pig sprite would look best?

You don't have to be a member to vote! You can vote just as a guest and you would make me very happy. As for the second poll, the situation is like this: there are a few optional party members, that will only join if you do something.

Whatever happened to the weekly updates?

Yes, that's what I'm asking myself as well. I apologize to the people who were waiting for updates these past two weeks. But! I have a valid reason. You see University started again and I'm already behind on everything... That's why I haven't been able to spend enough time on the project...
Anyway, I've been thinking of placing the weekly updates at the forum rather than here. Of course, this place will be still be updated, but not weekly at least. Tell me what you think.

Update:
- Two new NPCs (God don't hate me xD) are in the game
- Katherine's House is mapped
- The Way to the Castle (still in search for a better name) has been edited... still not happy though
- Names for towns are done
- First day's main quests are written down

Fairytale of the Fortnight?
Goldilocks
Isn't Goldilocks the most bratty child in fairytale history? I found the real story not to been my thing, but I did like some of the variations it had to offer. In my eyes, she's a bit of a psycho in the make.

Slow progress

Progress is going slowly on my game. The things I listed last weeks have progressed, but slowly.

Changing daily to weekly

Daily updates are nice, but I've got a job and school will start soon (not to mention I have also some request stuff). So yeah, I'm changing it to a weekly update. Then I should have more stuff done, which is much more enjoyable to read, right?
What's on the list this week:
- Finish that first quest. (God, I keep adding new ways on how to finish that one or make it more difficult)
- Add more NPCs. (Specially in the town)
- Map some more locations. (I'm going to be sooo happy when this is over)

Fairytale of the Week:
Peter Pan
- Children that don't want to grow up... aren't they right they don't want to? The world seems darker than ever before, now that I've officialy turned into an adult. So, I keep daydreaming, enjoy reading fairytales and watching Disney and do silly stuff. But the reason I picked this one, was because I got to remark I needed to grow up. A complete stranegr on the internet tells you to grow up and I was sad and angry, but now I understand he just needed attention. So whoever you are, just know that you're sad. Honestly, I think you're sad, if you're not able to properly enjoy Harry Potter, fairytales, Disney, anime anymore, because in your eyes, they're childish. Nuff said.

Disney movies~

So yesterday my friends and I watched three Diseny movies: Beauty and the Beast (I cried at the ending), The Lion King 3 (Never seen that one before) and Peter Pan. I really should buy them on DVD, I still have all of them on VHS.
Anyway, it was late, so I went straight to bed, when I came home.
So today, I'll finish eventing the first quest! I must!

- In the old version of my game, both Belle and the Beast appeared, but now I'm still debatting if they should be in or not.

Quick update

A quick update to let you know I didn't get to finish anythig yesterday T.T Yeah, I'm starting to feel bad already. I normally would say I'd do it today, but I've got no time today. (Blame my friends >.<)

Anyway, I did up some new ideas (while working :P) and I've figured out how to finish the first quest (there are multiple solutions). So I'll try to implant these this evening, unless it's really too late. (I have work in the early morning, so yeah I need my sleep.)

If you wanna know what I did yesterday, then visit the forum. I've added a few things and am writing the welcome message for the uhh "guilds/villages". ^^

- This used to be on of my favs, but I at first completely forgot it. I remember I have a PC game 'bout this one. Anyway, I was thinking of a way to implant this in the game and figured a nice one out. ^^

Smurfing the internet

Yes, not surfing, but smurfing.  Why? In the shop I work, we've been givig away little smurfs. They are absolutely the cutest <3

Three Little Pigs
- This might be a given now, but I must admit I forgot at first about them. (Yes, even though the title is from their cartoon, I still forgot it). I love the tune of "Who's afraid of the Big Bad Wolf?" (the song, not my game). It is so easy and catchy.

Daily Updates starting now :3

Obviously the only way to make sure this thing ever gets finished is updating this blog daily. I'll be putting up what I plan to do that day and what I actually the day before. Also, I will reveal one fairytale that will be included every day. ^^
Now let's see what I plan to do today:

- Sprite the Girl without Hands, a "special" prince

...That's not a lot, I know. But I can't even promise if I will finish all of that. Well, we'll see tomorrow.

Revival of "Who's afraid of the Big Bad Wolf?"

Yes, you read that correctly. I have decided to redo this project completely (well, I had not other choice since I lost all my files xD).
Story and characters are still the same, except Rouge is now 10, instead of 14. And her sprite got changed :3
